- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have done buisness with Sprinleaf formally American General, for several years, started in Oklahoma , I moved to Tennessee on plans to be married, doing so I took the measures to transfere my account from Oklahoma to this location (Office) on. The day of this review I discover they have done nothing about my transfere, I had it arranged at least two weeks ago, and now they act as if they never heard anything about it, all I need is the payoff amount, and now they act as if it is impossible for me to get it, is this one of their ways to keep me connected to them, stalling ?
